San Diego Trip

Game:
Saturday 11:00 AM vs Lutheran High at Grossmont College
Hotel:
Holiday Inn Express in La Mesa
9550 Murray Drive
La Mesa, CA
91942

Mrs. Masopust is setting up drivers for the trip. We will be leaving school at 11:00 AM. Please give her a call if you can help. She is at school on Monday's and Wednesday's or you can reach her at home at 253-2702.

Parents who want a room need to contact the hotel and ask for Alba. Tell them you are with SCCS. The phone # at the hotel is 619-466-0200.

The boys rooms are reserved and they need to have $40 cash ready before we leave Friday. My wife Kendra will collect the money. This $40 is for dinner Friday night at Souplantation, the hotel fee, and breakfast at the hotel. Mrs. Scott was able to get all the boys meal coupons for Souplantation for $5 each which I have prepaid. This does not include a drink, so they will need $2 at the restaurant if they want one. They should bring a sack lunch for the drive down Friday and money for lunch after the game on Saturday.

Thanks for all your support,

Coach Moss

Joshua Game

I want to thank all the family and friends who made the trip down to Joshua. I am so proud of the boys and how hard they fought all the way to the end. We really showed a lot of heart and I feel we showed that we can play with anyone when we play well. We also saw a lot of things we need to work on. Praise the Lord for the safety as we played and we look forward at the opportunity to work hard for His Glory again this week.

Scrimmage

Today's scrimmage went very well. I am very proud of our guys and how hard they played. We saw a lot of great things and some things to work on to get ready for next weeks opener against Trona. Man was it hot!!! I want to thank all the parents and our awesome water girls who helped keep the boys cooled off. Be sure to check out the picture link for our newest album of the scrimmage. Parents if you have any pictures you take throughout the season feel free to send them to us so we can upload them onto the site.

Please be in prayer for the Sellarole family as DJ's grandfather passed away today. The family will be leaving for Idaho Sunday.

Also be in prayer for the Labeaune family as Kyle's brother Ryan is in the hospital with colitis.
